What is doxoPLUS?

doxo users can upgrade to doxoPLUS for $5.99 per month to get the 5 essential protections while paying their bills. The first protection is Private Pay Protection – with doxo, your payment account information is never shared with billers. The second is Identity Theft Protection – $1 Million in identity theft insurance, plus Identity restoration services. Protect yourself and your wallet. The third is Overdraft Protection – link your bank account to see real-time balance before every payment. If a payment causes an overdraft, doxo will reimburse you. The fourth is Late Fee Protection – If doxo misses a delivery commitment that results in a late fee, doxo will reimburse you. The fifth is Credit Protection – monitor your credit score as you pay your bills in your doxo account.

How am I billed?

doxoPLUS billed monthly on the same date you signed up for the service.

How can I cancel my doxoPLUS subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your doxo account. By canceling, your subscription will not renew on the next renewal date.

Can I use all payment methods with doxoPLUS?

doxoPLUS users get fee free payments when they pay their bills with their bank account. Regular payment fees will apply if you choose to make payments with other payment instruments like credit cards.

I did not sign up for doxoPLUS?

If you signed up for doxoPLUS in error please contact our support department. They will be happy to cancel and refund any fees from unused months. Online Support can be found at http://support.doxo.com.
