How does it work?

doxo is simple.  Users can make a payment using any supported payment method they choose (credit, debit, ACH, Apple Pay) to any biller in the network using any device. doxo, on behalf of the user, ensures that the funds are sent directly to the biller, with the provided biller user account information, in the fastest manner available. Billers are invited to optimize the user experience further with the free options available – direct deposits, real time balance and account validation, autopay, e-billing/paperless, and more). 

Billers do not need to do anything be receive user payments from doxo. Many billers choose to become doxoDirect Providers for faster payments and free additional add-ons that enhance the experience for their users.
