Documents are located in either your "To Do" list or your "Filed Documents" list. If the document you are looking for is related to a specific provider (e.g. a utility bill), you can click the name of the provider on the left side to bring up the "To Do" list and "Filed Documents" list for that provider. This also works for non-provider folders—if you have a folder, simply click it to see the documents in its "To Do" list and "Filed Documents" section.
Once you’ve found the document you need, you can click the plus symbol (+) to show the options for that document—you can print, download, shred, pay, or annotate by clicking the appropriate icons. Some documents cannot be printed or paid, however. As a rule, if any icons are missing, the associated action cannot be performed.
Additionally, if you see a "File" or "To Do" button on a document in your account, you can click that button to toggle it between "Filed" and "To Do," as well.
