The provider pages in your doxo account are helpful for displaying information about the provider and your account with them. When you click a provider’s name from the column on the left-hand side of the page, you will see their provider page.
The following information is available on a provider page:
At the top left, you can see their logo, name, your label and the services you receive from them. If they're a doxo-networked provider and you’re not connected, you can click the button below that says “Connect & Go Paperfree.” If you are connected and they support payments from this page, you can click “$ Make a payment” to initiate a payment to the provider.
Below the Payment button, you can see a list of information like the provider’s address, support phone number, and some useful websites if applicable.
If you have any “To Do” items for this provider, you will see them in the very top right-hand side. (Note: If all of your documents have been filed, nothing will show up here.)
Also at the top right (below your To Do list if there is one for this provider), you can see your Account information, such as your account number(s), passwords (if you’ve chosen to enter one), and more. You can also use the “Notes” box below that to keep track of any personal notes you wish to keep about the provider or service.
Below the Notes and Account information, you can see your Filed Docs list. This has all of the archived documents you’ve received from the provider.
Also note that the “To Do” list for this provider is part of your doxo account’s full To Do list. If you have an extensive list for multiple providers, you can view a single provider's To Do items by clicking on that provider's name. This is to help you see what’s important when you look at a specific provider.
