Email Import helps you manage important communications received via email from your providers. Follow these steps to enable Email Import:
- Click the “Email Import” button on the top right-hand side of the dashboard.
- Select your email provider.
- Provide your email address and password and click "Accept." Please note that this information is encrypted and is used solely to provide you with emails related to your provider.
- If you like, click “Add Another Email Account.” Otherwise, click "Close," and you're done!
Once activated, you'll see a "To Do" item in your doxo account for each provider to import. Use the "To Do" item to allow imports from that provider.
You can disable Email Import with the “Unlink” button. Also, if you change your email password, you can update it by unlinking and relinking your email. To add more than one email account, you must use the browser, as the doxo mobile app will only manage one email import.
