If your payment is marked as "complete", but the recipient doesn't have it posted yet, please open a ticket with doxo User Support. Otherwise, check your email for the emailed payment confirmation receipt for instructions on how to cancel the payment. If the payment is able to be canceled, your refund will be processed immediately by doxo.
