Tier 2 Support February 26, 2014 Your doxo account / Accessing your doxo account

Remember that answers are not case-sensitive; "jAcK of ALL tradEs" is the same as "jack of all trades". Also remember that punctuation is important; "st brendan's school" is not the same as "st. brendans school". Lastly, if your question is something like "Where did you honeymoon?", and you honeymooned in Hawaii, the answer might be Hawaii, Hawai'i, Honolulu, Ahukini Park, Ahukini, Oahu, O'ahu or many other things. Try to remember the level of specificity of your question.

 

If you still cannot recall the answer to your secret question, click here to go to the sign-in page in a new window.

After following the above link, enter your username and click "Continue".  On the secret answer page, click "I forgot my answer" to initiate a reset of your secret answer.  Having clicked "I forgot my answer" you'll receive an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the reset.

If you need assistance with the password for your doxo account, click here to begin the sign-in process in a new window.

Once on the sign-in page, enter your username and click "Continue".  If prompted, enter the answer to your secret question and click "Continue" again.

On the password entry page, click "I forgot my password".

After clicking, "I forgot my password" an email will be sent to your email address.  That email will contain a link you can click to set a new password for your doxo account.

If you've forgotten your username for your doxo account, click here to retrieve your username by email in a new window.

If you have more than one doxo account associated with your email address, try using your email address as your username. Oftentimes, your email address will be your username. You can also look for your username in emails sent from "service@doxo.com". These emails will be titled "What's new in your doxo account" or "Your doxo account stats".

If that doesn't work, please click the "Submit a Request" button at the top of the page to contact support. Please include the email address on the account, the ZIP code, and the providers listed or connected on the account.
