What if I have forgotten my username?

  • Click forgot_username to retrieve your username by email in a new window.
  • If you have more than one doxo account associated with your email address, try using your email address as your username, as often your email address will actually be your username. You can also look for your username in emails sent from “service@doxo.com.” These emails will be entitled “What’s new in your doxo account” or “Your doxo account stats.”
  • If that doesn’t work, please Click “Submit a Request” on the top right side of the screen.(https://support.doxo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) to contact support. Please include the email address on the account, the ZIP code, and the providers listed or connected on the account.
