What if I’ve forgotten my password?
- Go to new session to begin the sign-in process in a new window.
- Once on the sign-in page, enter your username and click “Continue.” If prompted, enter the answer to your secret question and click “Continue” again.
- On the password entry page, click “I forgot my password,” and an email will be sent to your email address. That email will contain a link you can click to set a new password for your doxo account.
